WE BUILD OUR BRAND BY BUILDING YOURS
Steam power has been the driving force behind some of the world's greatest innovations. Our firm carries this spirit as we embark on a process with our partners to think fresh, be bold and deliver innovation despite obstacles.
Fueled by our experience with multiple project types, we lead guided conversations that drive our
Client's business goals.
Our work and project experiences are extremely varied. Throughout our growth, we have consulted on the design and planning for the development of Sports and Entertainment projects, Progressive Learning Environments, Commercial Interiors, Retail, Residential Design and leading Health Care providers.
Our approach to design sits squarely at the intersection of purpose, story, and economics with a process
that is deeply systemic and engaging.
PROCESS DRIVEN DESIGN THROUGH AGRESSIVE LISTENING

BLU WATER CAR WASH
Our Client challenged us to provide a light-filled, airy carwash tunnel that would hold up to the tough environmental conditions. He wanted his customers to have a unique and memorable experience. We incorporated high-end finishes, lighting, and materials to create a car wash like no other. The owner did not want to fight rust which had been a constant problem at his previous wash. We opted for Kalwal panels within an aluminum tube frame provided by Structures Unlimited, Kalwal's sister company. The site was very tight, thought to be too narrow by other developers. We created a mechanical mezzanine to save space and keep control systems and equipment in a smaller area.
